By accessing or using our website and services, including our affiliated platforms Law Weapons and FastGunsmith.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GunsmithSeek.com. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

GunsmithSeek.com operates as an online directory platform that connects users with licensed gunsmiths across the United States. Our services include:

• Searchable directory of gunsmith businesses
• Business listing management for gunsmith owners
• Customer reviews and ratings
• Deals, coupons, and promotional offers
• Lead generation and contact forms
• Advertising and sponsored placement services

Our affiliated services include Law Weapons (featured gunsmith business) and FastGunsmith.com (nationwide mail-in gunsmith service).

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To claim a business listing or access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 FFL Verification

Gunsmith businesses must provide a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) number for verification. We reserve the right to verify FFL numbers and reject listings that cannot be verified or are found to be invalid.

4. Listing Guidelines and Requirements

4.1 Eligibility

Only licensed gunsmiths with valid FFL numbers may create business listings. You must be authorized to represent the business you are listing.

4.2 Listing Content

All listing content must:

• Be accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• Not violate any laws or regulations
• Not infringe on intellectual property rights
• Not contain offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content
• Comply with all applicable firearm laws and regulations

4.3 Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Promotes illegal activities or violates firearm laws
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Includes profanity, vulgar language, or sexually explicit material
• Misrepresents your business or services
• Infringes on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code

5. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

5.1 Pricing and Plans

We offer various subscription tiers for business listings: Free ($0), Bronze ($8/month), Silver ($19/month), Gold ($34/month), Premium ($69/month), and Sponsored ($149/month). Pricing is subject to change with notice.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected subscription plan on a recurring monthly basis.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused services, except as required by law.

5.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your listing until payment is received. Repeated payment failures may result in account termination.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Use profanity, vulgar language, or engage in disrespectful behavior
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without permission
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Platform
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or search rankings
• Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or business

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GunsmithSeek.com, Law Weapons, FastGunsmith.com, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or post
• Any gunsmith services you provide or receive
• Any damage to firearms, property, or injury
• Your business operations and activities

9. Content Ownership and License

9.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, descriptions, reviews, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Platform.

9.2 User-Generated Content

We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content, including reviews and ratings. Users are solely responsible for their content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

9.3 Platform Content

All Platform content, design, logos, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without permission.

10. Termination and Account Suspension

10.1 Termination Rights

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Use of profanity, harassment, or inappropriate conduct
• Failure to pay subscription fees
• Invalid or unverifiable FFL number
• Complaints from other users
• Any conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or other users

10.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may delete your account and content without liability. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

11. Reviews and Ratings

Users may submit reviews and ratings of gunsmith businesses. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on actual experiences. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that:

• Contain profanity, hate speech, or offensive language
• Are fraudulent, fake, or incentivized
• Violate privacy or confidentiality
• Are defamatory or libelous
• Are off-topic or irrelevant

We do not verify the accuracy of reviews and are not responsible for their content. Reviews represent the opinions of individual users, not GunsmithSeek.com.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

12.1 Informal Resolution

12.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

14. Firearm Safety and Legal Compliance

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE:

• Always follow proper firearm safety protocols
• Ensure firearms are unloaded before any gunsmith work
• Comply with all federal, state, and local firearm laws
• Verify that any modifications comply with applicable laws
• Never use a firearm that has been improperly modified or repaired
• Seek professional inspection after any gunsmith work

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable firearm laws and regulations. We are not responsible for any legal violations or safety issues.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GunsmithSeek.com regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
